REDROCER Support
REDROCER for iPhone is currently in testing.
Need help? Send a message to @redrocer.app on Instagram or Threads. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, REDROCER build number, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce it.
Microphone not working
Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and allow REDROCER. Check that another call or recording app is not already using the selected input.
Where are recordings?
Your crate, projects and recordings are stored locally on the device. REDROCER does not provide a cloud account or server library.
Import and export
Import audio from Files or Voice Memos and selected videos through Apple's pickers. Use the app's export or iOS share controls to send a copy to the destination you choose.
Protect an important take
Keep an exported backup outside REDROCER. Test builds can change and a device, app or local file can fail.
Phone audio capture
Start capture through the Apple system sheet and choose the intended screen or app. Protected media may be silent because of platform or rights restrictions.
Privacy request
REDROCER has no user account or cloud recording library. For any other privacy question, contact us through the channels above and do not attach private audio unless you choose to.
